📌 1. Made-to-Order Policy

All Kixure products are made-to-order and printed exclusively for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, change of mind, or incorrect order placed by the customer.

✅ Please double-check sizing and design details before placing your order.


📦 2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Printed with an error

  • Not the item you ordered

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at kixure@kixure.com with:

  • A clear photo of the product issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement

  • Or issue a full refund


🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer returns or refunds in these cases:

  • Buyer remorse or wrong size ordered

  • Color differences due to screen variations

  • Delays caused by courier or customs


⏳ 4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
